« We enjoyed our stay. We joined our kids and grandkids and had plenty of room. Beds were comfortable and temperature nice. The only complaint i have is the water in the master bath was not warm enough to bathe or shower. We had to shower uostairs. »

« We originally scheduled in January 2024, ice storm. We rescheduled in Sept or October 2024, hurricane with massive flooding. We finally made our trip in June and really enjoyed it. »

« Just off the strip next to really great restaurants. Peaceful and quiet with a big space for our family to enjoy the tranquility of Helen GA. Fantastic restaurants two blocks away. Fantastic internet to research the next day. We had a great time. Very clean and new townhouse. Would stay again. »

« We booked this place on a somewhat spontaneous whim. Admittedly we initially decided on it because it cost less than the surrounding area and it was less than a mile walk into town. However, once we arrived, the unit was lovely, up to date, clean, and just overall comfortable to just relax in. It also didn’t hurt that the property itself is right on the water, and much more quieter than if we had gone to a tourist trap in town. « We enjoyed the property and location. We could walk to all of the restaurants we had booked to dine at. The unit is on 4th floor in an outside corner. Very quiet on the interior. We heard no one at night. There is the usual noises associated with the AC. kitchen will stocked with pots a pans. All in good shape. We are encouraged to stay there again. If you like trains; the unit looks down on the Blue Ridge Scenic Railway. Host is very communicative. »

« The condo is a short drive to downtown Helen. Area is quiet. James, the property manager, was very accommodating! Living area is spacious, full size fridge and oven. Easy access from the parking lot. Would stay again! »

« My wife and I went to Helen for Oktoberfest. This condo is located right on the river and a short 5-10 minute walk to downtown. The condo was clean and the bed was comfortable. Definitely recommend. »
