Nous avons apprécié le calme, la grandeur du cottage qui est à l'extérieur de l'hôtel même (103). Il n'est pas nécessaire de changer les linges chaque jour.

Hôtel très agréable, proche de Victoria station qui permet d’accéder facilement à de nombreux sites. Quartier calme. Une seule petite remarque : un véritable petit-déjeuner anglais serait appréciable.

Super accueil , personnel charmant mais nous avons eu une chambre isolée ds la cour , il fallait ressortir pour y accéder , et la chambre bien que propre et jolie sentait l humidité et la salle de bains était glaciale , sans chauffage et sans aucun rangement pour poser les affaires de toilettes que nous devions mettre par terre ....c est dommage le reste était parfait .

Personnel extrêmement accueillant, rue assez calme et pourtant très proche de Buckingham (10min à pieds ) et de la gare Victoria (5min à pieds). Seul petit bémol, l isolation entre les chambres.

Very nice stay
Very nice stay and people at the reception desk. The triple room was not very big but it was enough for one night. The location is perfect and the bed comfortable.

Très bon rapport qualité-prix, service au top
Une belle découverte. L'hôtel est idéalement situé à 5 min à pieds de la gare St Victoria et sa station de métro, ainsi que des restaurants et pubs de la rue voisine. Le service est sympathique et souriant, avec de gros efforts pour comprendre ce qu'essayait de dire un Français parlant très mal Anglais. La salle d'eau est très bien, les chambres propres. Des prises munies d'usb permettent de charger les téléphones sans acheter de chargeur anglais.

Location is pretty good as it’s about 25-30 mins away from Big Ben, River and some other attractions. Also 10 mins away from Victoria station which is one of the major hubs if you are taking the tube. The room itself was ok ish but so tiny and unimpressive that it’s only good for sleeping at night. If you plan to have some down time or are travelling with your partner and family, I don’t recommend this hotel. This is part of a big block of buildings and seems like every entrance is contracted via a unique hotel name, but essentially all 7-10 hotels in that block is part of one big building. My room was in the 3rd floor, you don’t get any view but be ready to haul your luggage through narrow stairs. I stayed at one of its “luxury” flats and I gotta say that the definition of luxury perhaps means something else in London. Plus no AC in apartment building with air circulation not really great. Overall, ok for solo travelers on budget but I couldn’t find it pleasant enough to want to spend any more time in the room than necessary.

Have stayed at the hotel twice now in past year. Very helpful staff and a great location for walking to most of the major tourist attractions in London. Plus nearby street (Warwick Way) has everything a tourist might need -- food stores, pharmacy, good restaurants, a store that sells luggage and fixes mobile phones, etc. Also near Victoria Station to catch the trains and close to two theaters.

We were in a room with 2 other rooms very close by and found it to be noisy when someone came in. Very creaky underfoot when they came in. Tea and coffee facilities poor,not enough milk and no water to make the drinks so supplied our own.

Check in was smooth, they did not ask for credit card. They offer concierge but we did not use that option. If you are traveling with big luggages, the room may be too small. The stairs was very steep so not for those with knee problem. If you can get a guarantee for the first floor maybe. I like that their soap/shampoo are in big pump containers, not the usual hotel toiletries. Not much options on TV. Their electric outlet have USB and make sure to bring the universal adapter if not using USB. Only heater works, no cold option, maybe at least for winter/spring, not sure if cold air is available when it is summer. The room have a full sized mirror, no closet, 1 drawer, 1 chair. Instant coffee packets and sugar were provided. Hairdryer is in drawer. 5 hangers were provided but the hanging rack is weird, it is like to need to rummage thru to get the last item hanged as the bar is vertical from front to bak instead of horizontal (left to right). There is a smal convenience store at the corner and good set of cafe options. 18-20 walk to Victoria station. 8min walk to Victoria Coach station.

We came here as a family with 2 young kids for 2 nights. We were on a budget but wanted something in a good location. And did we ever get that! We walked everywhere from our doorstep including Buckingham Palace (20 minutes), Westminster abbey (20 minutes) and the London eye (an additional 10 minutes past Westminster). Victoria station was a mere 4 minute walk. And so many shops and restaurants. The neighbourhood has the cutest restaurants around the corner, coffee shops and stores. We ate twice at Hatch 77 for brunch (10/10 recommend eating there!) and grabbed coffees at the shop around the corner. The hotel is certainly boutique… small and cheerful. Our room was clean and nicely decorated, the location unique! we had to walk down a hallway, down a flight of stairs, down another hallway, through a door to an outdoor courtyard area, up a few steps and our room was on its own adjacent that courtyard. Cons: the room smelled a bit musty upon arrival, so we had to air it out when we got there. The journey to the room at first was a bit jarring (I now look back on it with fondness!) and there was a lot of construction noise during the day. Also, there is a coffee machine in the room but no fridge or microwave. Also the pull-out couch was really bad on my 38-year old back. Not a big deal. If we stay again I’ll sleep on the main bed every night! Those are very small cons, because we otherwise loved this hotel and would absolutely recommenD!

Wonderful staff,quality amenities,quiet spot.Rooms are small but all we needed was a place to sleep. I would stay again. Not exactly hanicap accessible,as there is stairs -but its awesome!
