« The cottage is just lovely, very “Maine”, newly redone and extremely comfortable. Communication with the host was easy. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. »

« Our stay at Martha’s was nothing short of amazing. Check in and all communication was extremely smooth. We were already super familiar with the area and the location could not be more perfect; walking distance/short drive to Reilly’s, Pemaquid Lighthouse and beach, Shaws and much more. The home was clean and well loved. The only possible downside would be having to walk through one of the bedrooms to get to the main living area, but there is a patio door that could be used to avoid this. This...

« The property in Westport was wonderful. Located right on a large river connecting to the ocean. Lots to see from the wraparound deck looking out over the water. The home was spacious and well-appointed. Kitchen had everything we needed as well as high end appliances. A nice unusual feature was two vintage pinball machines in the lower level of the home. We would definitely rebook this property if we travel to the Boothbay Harbor/Wiscasset area again. »

« As advertised, except for the "walking distance to downtown." It's over a mile, no sidewalks, very hilly bendy road, difficult for cars and the plethora of work trucks to see you. We had some elderly folks planning to stroll into town, but that was a hard no. Maybe ok if you're young and active, but certainly don't plan on safely walking home at night. Otherwise, a pleasant old place. »

« Fantastic coastal cottage feel! Beautiful view of the the bay. Updated bathrooms and kitchen. Perfect location to walk to center of Boothbay harbor shops and restaurants. My only suggestion...replace any bad window shades with working ones..andCheck all ac unit filters.maybe consider updating the upstairs ac units.We had an amazing time. »

« We had a wonderful stay! Perfect location to Boothbay and surrounding areas! The home was very clean and it was great have 2 full baths. Planning on booking again next year! »

« The location of the property was awesome, with beautiful Harbor views. The room we stayed in was very clean and a very comfortable size with once again great views. The amenities on the property were much better than we've experienced elsewhere. Kitchen/ eating area and the solarium were large and well stocked.As per most of the reviews you cant leave out "Jersey", who checks you in and runs the place basically. Super nice guy and very accommodating. Great sense of humor and makes everyone feel...

« We had a fabulous stay. Very large well manicured property on 5 acres of naturally forested land. The house was clean, spacious with well kept amenities. The host was very friendly and prompt with any questions. »
