« Overall a nice place and would certainly go back as a 'base station' for exploring Helena or similar. A little hard to find the first time, but easy after that. Area looked & felt safe. House itself was clean, decently stocked with kitchen pots/pans, utensils. The one table for eating was small, but would be fine for a small family.Master bedroom was spacious. The "kids room" with bunk bed & other bedroom lacked fans -- perfectly comfortable with windows open at night. Second bedroom had...

« I loved my stay at this location. It’s in a quiet neighborhood and the neighbors in the building are quiet. Air conditioning, very spacious, newest appliances, plenty of things in the cupboard to do what I needed. Washer and dryer. Very nice small deck with furniture to sit and have morning coffee. More than one coffee maker so you could brew or do a pod. Large TV with tons of channels. »

« I have stayed at Harold’s place several years now. He is a great host and you cannot beat the house and location! »

« The house was perfectly spacious for the 4 couples. The house was thoroughly stocked. I did need to clean the shower base of the master bath. The wood floors on the main level are beautiful. The floors, rightfully so, required no street shoes be worn. A sign on the door asked that all street shoes be removed and slippers be worn. « Our five days at the Ranch House were amazing! Such a beautiful and peaceful spot spot that provided us with many memories (especially spending time with Crystal the horse). Our dogs loved hiking the nearby trails and the closeness to town and other activities made this a special place for our vacation. »

« Stayed here as a multi generational family group who came to Helena for a graduation at Carroll College. A quick 10-15 min drive to campus this was a great stay. House was very clean and comfortable. Would definitely recommend a stay here! »

« Very nice and roomy. Perfect for four fishermen. Everything you need is on site. Only thing I would add is window treatments on the east side to block out the morning sun. Plan to stay there again. »

« We very much enjoyed our stay . We were here for a scholarship ceremony at Carroll college. This was a great location for the college and to go to church at the Cathedral. »
