« I was given a room on the ground floor which was set out for a disabled person as were most of the other GF rooms. I’m sorry but this was not suitable it felt like staying in an old folks home and I had booked 3 nights. When I asked for a room change I was told the hotel was fully booked, I was not happy with this as I had paid approximately £90.00 a night to stay in a hospital room. I’m not very happy and won’t return to this hotel »

« Clean room, friendly staff, and good English breakfast. It would be nice to have at least paper cups in the bathroom. »

« Very comfortable bed. Staff was friendly and helpful. Get the breakfast included option. It’s a classic English breakfast buffet with the chef right there to make your eggs just as you like. Room was big (triple). Short walk to the train station. »
