Premier Inn à Letchworth

« I was given a room on the ground floor which was set out for a disabled person as were most of the other GF rooms. I’m sorry but this was not suitable it felt like staying in an old folks home and I had booked 3 nights. When I asked for a room change I was told the hotel was fully booked, I was not happy with this as I had paid approximately £90.00 a night to stay in a hospital room. I’m not very happy and won’t return to this hotel »

« There was no fridge in the room and when asked from staff to place in the big fridge, they refused »

« I came in June 2025 and came back in August 2025 and was just as pleased as the first stay. Perfect location, very clean rooms,,the staff is perfect informative and always helpful. My room was perfect with a perfect view. My first stay in June was for 6 nights and this stay in August was for 6 nights. You step out of the hotel directly to your safe boardwalk and it is located next to the town for all you needs and comfort »

« Ich war eine Nacht da und habe mich nicht wirklich wohl gefühlt. Für eine Nacht ist es okay, aber länger würde ich es nicht buchen »
