« Check in smooth and friendly staff. Room was dusty in places. The windows let in a draft and more noise. Perhaps if you get better windows it would be less noisy Sofa bed really uncomfortable Good kitchen amenities For a child there is a lot of hazards like a glass table?!?!? Like why? The hotel has gone down hill. We stayed here as a couple in 2016 and it was amazing. We took our child this time and it's deteriorated quite a lot. »

« Wonderful stay. The hotel is magnificent, from the reception to the gym, the swimming pool and finally the rooms, nothing to say, it's perfect. A big thank you to the whole team for their welcome and kindness throughout our first stay in London. Special mention to Sahel, Dalo, Niko and Mohamed (sorry if I've spelt some names wrong 😅, but the sentiment is there) for their kindness and for responding to all our requests.
