« The owner never sent us check in information and we called him over 30x. We were there for a concert on Saturday night but there were 160,000 people in town for concerts. VRBO offered to pay for ONE room for ONE night and we had 6 people. The VRBO lady wouldn’t even help me find more than one room because she said it was not her problem. I hope this guy loses his rental privileges. My weekend ended up costing me $2500 more than I’d planned but we were 6 hours from home with little choice »
