80' Pull through Big Boat Parking! Easy Access to Downtown & Lake
Fully updated entire home and pool in 2021!
(If this home is booked, Check out our other Pool home near downtown at VRBO 567404.) .
We got LOTS of parking!! Double sided driveway with an 80' long drive through area across two 40’ long parking areas. And another 40' deep gated parking area off the main driveway in the gravel back yard. 40’ off street parking along side street. SO many places to park..... Note the front driveway has more slope than the main side drive does.
Once you park, jump in our newly redone, heated 28' pool and spa. All new in 2021! Pool/spa heating may be added for an extra fee per day of stay when requested at time of booking for scheduled heating.
Fenced private pool area with covered patio and grill with Stunning views of the Foothills. Or look from the back of the yard to the west and see our lake view.
All new finishes, appliances and furniture inside. Soaring ceiling in living room to windows so high that they serve as skylights. Beautiful decorative fireplace and 65" 4K TV with streaming functions. Direct TV service provides over 120 channels of viewing. SCREAMING fast 5G WiFi typically running up to 200+mg.
2 King Bed rooms including a Master EnSuite with massive walk in shower and extra day bed (for the little one that needs to be nearby). Bunk room has full over full bed and separate elevated daybed to provide room for up to 5 in 1 space. Great for 2 sets of kiddos, while each set of parents has a private room.
Fully equipped kitchen and dining area providing you all the cookware for those home cooked meals.

WONDERFUL PLACE!
We had such a great time here! The house was clean & just as pictured. We loved the location & its closeness to so many things. The owners were great to work with & had great communication with us throughout. We will definitely be back!!

Needed some warmer/hot water
I removed one star for overall rating because I paid the additional fee to have the pool and spa heated and told the host we were looking forward to a warm pool and hot tub experience for Spring Break vacation. Yes, the pool was heated, but it was never actually warm. When U touched the surface of the water it wasn't cold, but wasn't warm, so the same temp as the ambient air which was 78. It was definately cold when U jumped in. The spa was never warm enough to be considered a hot tub, just kind of a barely warm tub and only when the jets cycled warmer. We were disappointed as we'd been looking forward to fun filled warm water pool days which was the entire reason we took this vacation and paid the extra heated pool fee. We only used the pool/spa twice for very short time periods because it wasn't warm. After the tepid pool/spa experience, we all wanted a warm shower. The showers were turned all the way to hot and the water only warmed to tepid. It never got hot even though the faucet was turned all the way to hot. This tepid water situation is ideal in the very hot SW summers, but not this time of year for SW locals from Vegas. The host was very nice and responded immediately by turning the pool up a few degrees, but tepid was it. Otherwise, the house, the pool/spa and yard are lovely for a get-a-way.

Overall stay was good closer to everything, minor mishaps, the pool light did not turn on, the pool needed to be cleaned of bugs, and found a used condom behind the headboard when removing the bedding.

Amazing home with a free bathroom, plenty of space. Pool is a good size and not so deep, makes you feel comfortable in it. Enough space to play some games and enjoy some outside. Amazing sound bar for tv.
