Bel hôtel tranquille un peu loin de la plage
Nous avons déjeuner à l'hotel et le repas était très moyen. Style buffet mais avec des menus très asiatique...pas beaucoup de choix. Le resto est très beau avec la piscine en verre. Notre chambre correct mais la douche se vide très lentement.

Horrible !!! D'un côté il y a la route du bruit affreux et de l'autre des asiatiques qui en font encore plus et la cerise sur le gâteau c'est qu'ils se baignent tous habillées !!!!!!! Pourtant un panneau mentionne qu'il est interdit de se baigner habillé ! Une honte. Horrible sale

Très bien mais sans les Chinois
Nous avons séjourné 10 jours, tout allez bien jusqu'à l'arrivé de chinois. Je ne suis pas du tout raciste mais ils ne respectent rien. Ils arrivent en groupe de 20 personnes. Ils nagent dans la piscine avec leur affaires il ne se douche pas avant alors qu'il y a des douches prévus pour. Il parle fort tout le temps, vous dépasse quand vous êtes dans là fils d'attente pour le petit déjeuner. L'hôtel est nickel il est loin du bruit de kuta est à la fois proche du proche 2km en scooter en 8min au centre ville. Le personnel est très bien. Il faut juste qu'il n'y ai pas de chinois dans l'hôtel.

It was a terrible hotel in terrible location. The breakfast was bad and the hotel was dirty. The rooms were small and you can hear other guests in bathroom. What a waste of money.

When my partner and I arrived our room was upgraded 🙂 lovely room with 2 separate balconies overlooking the pool both with seating. Spacious bathroom with lovely shower. Pool was clean and nice to chill. Staff are friendly and was happy with selection of food available at breakfast. 15-20 minute walk to main Kuta area. We like to walk so did that most days but if you take cab I guess it takes 5mins

Mooi hotel, erg schoon. Ook de service is erg goed. Kamer was ook mooi en netjes. Je zit alleen niet in de buurt van het centrum, maar ze bieden scooter verhuur aan en taxi service vanuit het hotel, dus je bent zo in het centrum van Kuta. Ontbijt is op basis van buffet, en is prima te doen. Wij hadden alleen veel Mensen uit India in het hotel in onze periode, deze maakten snachts en sochtens vroeg erg veel lawaai, maar dat moet je dan maar net treffen. Verder zeker een aanrader!

Ambiente pulito e confortevole. Personale attento e disponibile. Ho avuto un ottima esperienza, ho soggiornato per circa 10 giorni e sicuramente, ci ritornerò. L'hotel è in una posizione favorevole, lontano dal caos del centro ma vicino ad ogni servizio ed alla spiaggia. Le stanze sono luminose e ordinate, arredate in uno stile minimal e piacevole. L'hotel offre un servizio navetta gratuito per la spiaggia, una piscina alla quale è possibile accedervi gratuitamente ed una piccola palestra. Bali è una meta favolosa ma è importante a fine giornata tornare in un posto dove riposarsi e rigenerarsi. Un punto sopra la media lo affido allo staff, con un attenzione e una professionalità sopra la media. Sempre gentili e disponibili.

Worst hotel..not even a single star
Stayed for 4 nights with spousr and 6 yrs child. They gave a room facing road with huge blasting musoc by hotel. Room was changed but the bed was small (not king size as promised). Then the water doesnt drain out from shower cabinet, daiky had to folow up for repairs. I asked for an upgrade and was refused despite offering to pay for the upgrade. The linen, towels were so worn out. Asked to make a local call was refused and asked to come to the front desk. Unimaginably painful. BIGGEST REGRET to have put my family through this disgusting exp.

Dear Mr. Raj, Firstly, let me apologize to you for what you experienced in our Hotel. I've learnt your issue and have some explanations for it. Without any intention of making any excuses, I just want you to know that we have four different room type which differ from one to another. The suitable rooms for family is the Junior Suite Room which has separated living room and the size in 58 square meter, we believe you and family could comfortably stay in this room. This room is facing the swimming pool as well. Besides, it is right that our Hotel does not provided an out going call to the outside of Hotel in our guest rooms, but we can assist you in the Front Office who will ready to assist you 24 hours. Furthermore, I will give more training to all of our staffs on how to understand the guests needs so that we can strive to provide our guests needs and always make them satisfy and having good day staying with us. Great hotel
A bit far from the main area but good and cheap food available across the steeet. Such a great hotel the only thing I didn’t like was the swimming pool. There’s no privacy’s restaurants is literally next to it so bored waiters and staff can stare at you while you’re chilling by the pool. But still a beautuful hotel.

Bien, hasta ahí nomás.
Típico "4*" de Bali. El cuarto muy bien, relativamente amplio, cómodo. Piscina muy bonita, el gimnasio no es ningún espectáculo pero ahí está. Para quienes lo usamos por lo menos ofrece algo. Desayuno muy pobre, en variedad y calidad. El restaurante malo... Tampoco puede pedirse mas por $40...
