Firstly, let me apologize to you for what you experienced in our Hotel. I've learnt your issue and have some explanations for it. Without any intention of making any excuses, I just want you to know that we have four different room type which differ from one to another. The suitable rooms for family is the Junior Suite Room which has separated living room and the size in 58 square meter, we believe you and family could comfortably stay in this room. This room is facing the swimming pool as well.
Besides, it is right that our Hotel does not provided an out going call to the outside of Hotel in our guest rooms, but we can assist you in the Front Office who will ready to assist you 24 hours.
Furthermore, I will give more training to all of our staffs on how to understand the guests needs so that we can strive to provide our guests needs and always make them satisfy and having good day staying with us.
Hope you will be satisfy when you decided to come and stay again in our Hotel.
