« We're on a journey to visit every state park in Minnesota. We decided to come to the this area to celebrate my birthday and Father's day. We couldn't have found a better spot. It was super close to one of the parks and it was very quiet and inviting. Loved the subtle touches in the house and how we had everything we needed availabile to us. Very affordable too! Highly recommend to anyone coming to the Side Lake area! »

« I came with my parents, my 9yrs old son, and our dog. The experience was peaceful and the place beautiful! The property is amazing, clean, comfortable and beautiful. It is true that despite the stores it is very bright in the mornings because of the design of the house, but it the house is so pleasant that it doesn’t matter. Don't be afraid of the goodlse poops on the water edges of the property (including one of the 2 piers, because after all, it is their place. We brushed it off with a pine...

« This truly checked all of the boxes for me and my family! From previous cabin rentals, I have a tendency to overpack…there was absolutely nothing I needed here except for food and clothes. The place was spotless and garbage was taken care of immediately. Bonus points for meeting the wonderful neighbors, Barb and Mark! Look forward to booking again and thank you for a great week! 10/10 »

« We needed a base to explore Voyageurs National Park and perhaps paddle around on a lake. This spot was all that and more, with a short walk to Sha Sha Resort and a short drive to Thunderbird resort - great restaurants on the water. Hope we can come back some day and spend more time. »
