« This is an adorable place, well appointed and well maintained. The owner definitely mentioned that there are stairs however, I did not realize there are 2 flights to walk up with luggage. Very centrally located to bars, restaurants, and shops. Overall, I would highly recommend this accommodation for staying in the Old City section of Knoxville. »

« The property was everything we needed for our time in eastern Tennessee. Super clean, super easy access, super comfy. It was a great time. »

« Wife and I stayed 2 nights (June ) and absolutely plan to repeat the experience in this VRBO . Superb from start to finish. We live in Knoxville but staying downtown is in our monthly rotation for quick getaways. Price, clean , bright , cool factor accommodations, variety of food and activities we can walk to make this a no- brainer. Highly Recommend!! »

« The property was amazing. It more than fit our needs. We had a slight mishap with checking in but that was my fault. I had never used Vrbo before and did not realize the owners were communicating through the app. I was looking at the emails they had sent but missed the messages from Vrbo. The condo is in a great location in Old Knoxville looks if neat shops and eating near by »

« The inside of the loft was beautiful, it was comfortable and rustic. The only noise was the train, the people weren’t as loud as we thought they’d be. Everyone was very nice, it was an amazing stay! I would definitely recommend. »

« Spent the week here with my sister while visiting family in Farragut. The place was perfect! It was clean and had everything we needed. Close to all the shopping and restaurants yet the neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. We would definitely stay here again. »

« Moved our son into graduate school and wanted a nice convenient place to be able to park and walk everywhere. Fantastic location only topped by the charm and the high end feel of the condo. Definitely will be staying again on our next trip! »

« This was a perfect place to stay for the weekend. Clean, well stocked & decorated nicely. Communication with property manager was excellent. Around the corner from our favorite restaurant Stir. And honestly, the noise was not bad since they have placed fans & noise machines in all the bedrooms. Thank you!! »

« Wonderful unit with tons of room and decorated beautifully. Within 5 minute walk to Market Square and old City. »

« The house was perfect for our family of 8 staying here for a volleyball tournament in Knoxville. Was a quick 15 minute drive to downtown. The house was spotless and communication with the owner was great. Would definitely stay here again! »

« Staying here was really nice, it was clean, and within walking distance of most downtown spots. It is next to a railway track, for some that may cause an issue, but i live near one anyway so it didnt bother me. It was mostly quiet, except for a pair of guests who i guess havent stayed in a vrbo before, but i was headed out to dinner so it didnt really impact me very much. You do have to lock doors behind you once you wnter your code to get in, but thats not a big deal. All in all though anytime...

« We had the pleasure of staying in the beautiful condo right in the heart of Downtown Knoxville. Great place, very clean with all new kitchen appliances and utensils. Comfy couch and beds. Can’t recommend high enough. Stroll down the Main Street to many of Knoxvilles restaurants and bars. »

« I completely enjoyed my stay at this thoughtfully appointed property. Be aware that it is a 3 floor walk up, which was fine with me. The property manager was extremely responsive to questions or requests. The bed was comfortable and there was an impressive array of toiletries available. It was spotless and very cute. Close to everything. I’ll be back! »
