« We were very pleased staying at this beautiful rehabbed apartment which was very well appointed & had everything my husband & I needed! We came to Overland Park to attend a family wedding at Strang Reserve, so reserved this property Friday thru Sunday … it was so close to the wedding venue & to where our family lives! We enjoyed the farmers market, shopping downtown, Maloney’s for dinner & Peanut for lunch to enjoy their delicious BLT’s!Thank you Angie for a wonderful stay in your lovely VRBO...

« My parents, my toddler, and I stayed at the guesthouse for 2 nights while seeing family in the KC area. It was more than enough space for the 3 adults to relax and the toddler to run. The location was close to great parks and restaurants. Everything was super clean and comfortable. Owner was quick to respond. You could hear whomever lives upstairs occasionally when they were home, but we went in understanding that would be possible and took advantage of sound machines. We will definitely stay...

« We needed a few days out of the house while work was being done at home. This was just what we needed. It was clean and functional. The apartment was in a location that was easy to get to. It definitely met our needs and I would recommend it to anyone. »

« Property owner cancelled day of arrival at the last minute after I drove 7 hrs. Claimed to be double booked, but offered me a room for rent...unprofessional and very inconvenient »

« We needed a spot last minute that was in a good location and had the basic amenities we needed.The apartment was very clean, had everything we needed, and was close to two famous BBQ spots we wanted to try. Communication with the host was great and their asks around clean up were very reasonable upon departure. »

« Loved our stay here! It was just right for 3 adults. Beds were comfortable, linens were all nice too. Hot showers with plenty of water pressure. Walked downtown to the farmers' market on a Saturday it was fun! Hosts were very accommodating and quick to respond. Would definitely recommend. »
