« The property had many accommodations and activities to do during the stay. From the living/sleeping spaces, the game room, and the outdoor spaces. There was plenty to do. The water was lower than shown in the photo (the water was not close to the dock like the photo, had to walk to get to the shore). Host had good communication and answered all questions. Highly recommend unless the water level is a deal breaker. »

« Linda was spot on property was in condition as noted on website. I couldn’t get the coffee maker to work communicated with Linda got on the phone for work purposes and before I knew it a new coffee maker was waiting on the porch! Will stay again! »

« The house was great. They decorated the house for Valentine’s Day for us. So sweet. It was clean & inviting. »

« It was a great place to stay, it was quiet and peaceful we loved it! It was a wonderful experience for my children that range from 4yo to 12yo. We will definitely be going back soon. »

« Great place. We enjoyed time. Pool and hot tub seam to leak over edges and lose water. We had some small issues with the heat and fullness of pool. Host was very responsive. Pool was fixed fast. Lots of room beaches not to far away. 4.9 stars »

« This has to be the cleanest rental i have ever stayed in. The little touches like a few bottles of water, coffee pods and snacks were a great bonus. I actually forgot some clothes and they contacted me quickly so i could arrange to pick it up. Higly recommend for your next trip to Kingsville. »

« Great home and location for privacy and relaxation. I would recommend this home to anyone that wants to stay close to Corpus Christi but not have to stay in town. »

« * Warning, long winded* We loved our stay. The cabin is cozy with plenty of comfortable sleeping space and temperature control. The host was easy to get ahold of when needed, responded quickly, was pleasant, and even let us know when we had animal visitors. Lots of deer in the area. The place was stocked with basically all the basics we needed. We fished a little. Right in front of the steps is a spot you need to watch your step, otherwise the way down to the river is good.
