« We loved the house, decor and location. Although not used, the home provided plenty of toiletries and hygiene products for the guests to use. The location was perfect for our downtown convention. As noted in previous reviews, the house across the street looks like a junkyard. However, the occupants didn’t bother us, but is an eye soar. Also please note that the two twin beds in the sunroom are not separated. It’s actually a daybed that pulls out into a full size bed. So it’s like sharing a bed...

« This rental was perfect in all ways. Great location, easy to check in, and check out. It was so clean and wonderfully decorated. The rooms were so comfy and it had all that we needed. Highly recommend this rental. »

« Very well taken care of and clean. With two living areas, one with TV and the other with a fireplace and open floor plan you’re never over crowded. Kitchen has everything and more than you will need.FYI the bedrooms upstairs are connected and you have to walk through the main Bedroom to reach the 2nd and the Bathroom is accessed through the main bedroom. Works well with really good friends or families with small children. The owner/manager was always available and quick to respond. »

« My family and I with our fur babies recently stayed at this house. It’s very cute in a quiet neighborhood. Calvin is awesome and very communicative with any needs or questions. We’ll definitely reach out in the future when we’re staying in the area. »

« We enjoyed our stay at the River House. It was just what we needed! We spent most of our time on the covered patio catching the breeze and watching the barges go by. If you are looking to rest and relax.....this is the place for you. The owner, Ryan was an awesome host. We will be back! »

« Had a few cleanliness issues. We stayed for about a month and the dryer only worked for maybe a week of that. Sink fell apart in my hand. They did reimburse us for a laundry mat and had great customer service. Neighbors are loud and rude and smoke heavily. Although they did offer a lot of kid friendly items, It’s upstairs so its not the most kid positive place due to children wanting to stomp and simply be kids. I believe theyre on the right track but should tweak a few things. Like no smoking...

« Very cozy beds & everything you need to feel at home. We couldn’t use the pool, sadly but it is what drew us to the property. Fluffy towels and firm mattress were major pluses! »
