« I stayed here with my 18&16 year olds for an orientation at KU. I had never been to Lawrence before, and we were so incredibly happy that this is where we stayed. The decor was gorgeous, the beds were super comfortable (feedback from teenagers) and the location was perfect! We will definitely be coming back and staying here. »

« This property was cute and extremely clean. It is an open space with three beds but there are curtains to pull around the beds. Great location, right on Main Street in downtown Weston. Communication with property manager was great and they provided the BEST muffins in the morning. Well equipped kitchen and bathroom as well. »

« stayed for 1 night and really enjoyed it! easy check in, very clean, great size (everything looks exactly as listed), and the excellent location. i recommend pizza shuttle, which is nearby, and grabbing breakfast at the java break & walking around downtown. everything was great! »

« We loved staying here! The beds were comfy, had everything we needed to make meals and lots to entertain us. The views of the capital at night were lovely. We were able to walk to all our destinations in the area. Highly recommend this lovely home! »

« Myself and a friend were in town for Moms weekend at KU. Easy, private access to the owners finished basement which was very clean, spacious, and welcoming! Bed was comfy and I thoroughly enjoyed the KU gifts and snacks! »

Overrated or I'm unlucky?

"I don't understand the average review rate... My room was strongly smelling cigarette even if it is supposed to be non-smoking room and it was not that clean. At the breakfast there were no more eggs and regular coffee. The only employee I saw seemed too busy to take care of all these details. The AC was so so. I understand it's under renovations but they don't even seem to try to make up for that. On the positive side it was quiet until about 7:30 when the construction workers started. The young lady at the check-in seemed friendly. Even if the price is low, I think they can do better..."
