« We had a great time! There is so much to do - kayaking, swimming in the pool, fishing. Great places to eat in Douglas, too! The house is obviously tiny, so it's kind of like camping with a TV, toilet and shower which was fun. There is no real space to just hang out inside for more than two people but as long as the weather is nice, you will not want to be inside anyway! Sam was so nice and so were his boys! Our two boys had a great time with his sons and the guests in the adjacent bungalow...

« Needed a last minute place to stay that had a large kitchen for a local wedding I was catering. I could not have asked for better! This place was amazing and beautiful!! We certainly plan to book again for pleasure and not work so we can fully enjoy all this place has to offer. I will say there was nothing like waking up with that sunrise over the water, stunning!! »

« We were in Fitzgerald for a family funeral. Our family needed and deserved a getaway. But also we needed a place to call home for a few days. We all enjoyed a little nature before and after the funeral and our days there became a bit of healing time though we didnt expect or plan on it. Our host's communication was excemebt. Highly recommended!! »
