« We stayed at Tom and Sharon’s river house for a bachelorette trip and loved the views and quaint house. We commented many times that we felt like we were on a river cruise! Tom was very quick to respond and accommodating leading up to our trip, but we were slightly confused by the check in process as we received a code for the door but also instructions telling us to come to the front porch to get a key and instructions of how to get to the property. « We stayed at Amanda's place for a long weekend. Amanda was very quick and helpful in response to any questions I had. Home was as pictured in the listing. There was plenty of space for 4 of us. The outside area was especially nice and we enjoyed hanging out there quite a bit. Great restaurants all a short walk away. We were able to find parking right in front of the door too. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.Just a note as I can't remember if it was mentioned in the listing, the staircase is steep...

« Was good for a two night stay. All we needed. Enjoyed the area. »

« This location was great for our small crew of kayakers and eBikers. There were plenty of places to drop in kayaks along the river, and the eBike trail at the end of the driveway went for many, many miles.Stuart was very helpful and quickly answered all of our questions. The gardens were beautiful, and great to hang out by the fire when night time came. »

« New Hope was so fun for the weekend and this place was perfect! Really great walkable location although nice and quiet at night. Beds were cozy. Living room was okay cozy wise doesn’t have a true couch. But still 5 stars and would return! »

« Our entire group LOVED this property. The rooms were gorgeous and comfortable. The neighborhood feels super safe and was quiet. The host, Taylor, was great. She was so responsive through our whole stay and always helpful. This property is definitely great for groups of all types. We plan to definitely stay here again in the future! « Beautifully decorated! Chic space. We did not receive directions to the parking spot in which the entrance was on a different road. I had to text and call. A few added features could have enhanced the stay. There were no tissue boxes, lotion, k-cups, hand towel and bath towel hooks. Rooftop needed to be cleaned. Large space and loved how there was a dedicated parking spot! Overall, I would highly recommend! »

« We had a great stay at this property, and it worked really well for our family gathering. David, the Host, was incredibly responsive, and the check-in/check-out process could not have been easier. The house was very spacious, with plenty of room for everyone to relax without feeling crowded. The outdoor property was a real highlight — peaceful, private, and the hot tub was a perfect spot to unwind at the end of the day. « Lovely little place to stay, located near a few shops and able to travel into Philadelphia within 30 minutes. The neighborhood was very quiet no loud neighbors or dogs barking all night so that was great! « Great remodel. Street parking is very limited. Pretty Girls Cook is a restaurant within walking distance that had incredible food & lemonades. Used Lyft to and from Philly tourist sites. Great location. Neighborhood is VERY NOISY at night until well after 1am. Bring earplugs or noise canceling devices. »

« We ran into issues with a toilet, dishwasher, disposal, and ice maker during our week-long stay. The grill hadn’t been cleaned which led to problems cooking dinner. The landlord was responsive, and fixed the toilet and disposal, but neither the ice maker nor dishwasher were functioning the entire week. He indicated those would be fixed for the next renters.The house was clean and in a good location. We had plenty of room for our group. Overall was satisfied with the stay. »
