« My husband and I stayed here while visiting family and we loved it, the drive around the lake to get to it is beautiful, it was quiet, clean and comfortable. The added bonus was the host was fantastic. If you plan to spend time in this area I highly recommend this little place. »

« Place was super clean and close to multiple boat ramps and 20 minutes from down town. plenty of room in driveway to park boat and easy to get out. The covered porch was a great place to hang out when the weather is not cooperating. owners were very responsive and helpful thank you and we will be staying again. »

« The cleanest, coziest place we have ever stayed at! So perfect for families with dogs. The back yard is huge and fenced in. This was the perfect place to get ready for a nearby wedding and to spend the night after. Just like home! We were allowed an early check in as well. Thanks for the hospitality! »

« Our stay at Martin Manor was perfect for our family! We were from 3 states, in town to celebrate two graduations at EKU. Loved the historic nature of the home and the spaciousness that gave us plenty of room both to spread out and to congregate as desired. « Berea was the middle point for a friend and I to meet up, and this house was perfect for us. It even accommodated my pup. The fenced in backyard was so nice and the house was on a dead end street with a trail at the end that led to a dog park. Despite the heat, we walked that multiple times. Krystin was super responsive, and had a treat out for the pup when we arrived. Would recommend!! »
