« We stayed at this flat for a little over 2 weeks and it was just perfect for us. Communication with Mike and Clare was easy and they always responded quickly. The flat was extremely clean and very comfortable. LOCATION, oh my, half a block to the British Museum, lots of great restaurants and pubs within walking distance. Tube stops were also within walking distance. I can only say wonderful things about our stay as we enjoyed the flat and Mike and Clare immensely and I would love to stay...

« Very nice place. Great location. Lots of coffeeshops and restaurants, and shops in the area. Be aware that it is difficult to open the front door. There should be a non-slip mat in the bathtub since that is where the shower is. You could hear the neighbours pretty good and the water heater but with earplugs all good!! »

« The property is in a great location; however the air conditioner in both bedrooms did not work, the electrical plug in the small bedroom did not work, the washer/dryer did not work, there is no safety lock on the inside of the door, there is no book of instructions on how to get anything to work, the check in person was late, and spoke very broken English, and said he would be back the next day to repair but never reappeared. There was a person available by text, to whom we reported the issues....
