"Still as great as ever. Friendly staff, comfortable and serviceable rooms, very decent prices given the location. The bar is classy and serves good cocktails and breakfast snacks. One thing that still feels weird to me after all this time is the lack of a door to the bathroom in the single rooms, but you get used to it."

"proximité avec la gare de Saint Pancras. le personnel de réception est juste là pour guider vers les terminaux de check in et de check out. le ménage et le changement de serviette ne se font que tous les 4 jours. chambre petite petite et mal insonorisée avec l'extérieur. petit déjeuner correct pour ce type d'hôtel; c'est dommage que l'espace dédié au petit déjeuner se trouve dans le hall d'entrée et de réception de l'hôtel."

"Mon séjour a été abîmé par les chambres trop sombres dans aucune vue sur l’extérieur . On était avec mes enfants tout le temps dans une obscurité totale de quoi nous angoisser puisque le seul paysage était le mur du bâtiment de l’hôtel. C’est vraiment honteux pour le prix de la chambre. J’ai vraiment été déçue et étant claustrophobe , j’ai du passer mon temps à l’extérieur sans me reposer."
