« This property is a great value and an even better location for those not wanting to spend the beachside money. It is only a 5 minute walk to one of the best beaches in the panhandle.The only thing I would caution is parking it tight. You only have one spot at the unit location. Second vehicles need to be parked down the street.Overall an excellent stay that was greatly enjoyed. »

« This unit was a great value. Perfect unit layout for me, my sister-in-law and our two teen boys. Everything we needed was provided, including beach supplies, outdoor rinse hose, and kitchen basics. Easy parking, easy beach access. Unit is tastefully decorated. Access to unit is up one flight of exterior stairs and across a shared balcony facing the street and ocean. We had a wonderful time in Navarre and would definitely book here again!We did have some minor issues, so I couldn't, in good conscience, give a 5-star review. The garage door wasn't working upon arrival (Jade communicated this, so we were aware). It was repaired on the 3rd day of our 7 day stay. « The house was absolutely charming. Lots of space and pretty roomy. The property manager Bill was really nice and on top of any concerns. Great communication. The house has a pretty easy and quick beach access. Close to restaurants and shopping. The house was well stocked with everything we needed. The yard was not bad for our dog and was not over run with sand burs which was a plus. Our vacation was perfect along with the house. We will be back next year and will stay here again.
