« Great location and fantastic condo, especially being on the first floor. Enjoyed everything about the stay minus the mattresses. Both the queen mattress and the sleeper sofa and its mattress were not the most comfortable for extended periods; while we did rest they felt a little thin and not supportive. Communication was okay. Condo was clean and well stocked. Convenient location to great food and beach access. Would recommend and stay here again. »

« We only had one night but it was perfect for me, my granddaughter and her 3 kids. The two bedrooms with bathrooms was perfect for the adults and the kids slept on the sofa and sofa bed very comfortably. Would have liked a later checkout but overall we had a very pleasant stayl »

« Perfect spot and surrounded by everything you need. The porch outside of the master bedroom has stairs that aren’t nailed down. Besides almost falling due to that, great location. »

« I was so happy with this condo, it was perfect in every way and couldn’t have been better in the few days I spent there. It was clean, which is very important to me, it was in a perfect location, the gulf in front, ocean behind. The condo itself had everything you could imagine for cooking meals and plenty of room for seating. Just adorable!I’m definitely going back for a longer stay next summer. »

« We discovered Sugar Beach in 2021 and love the condos. We have stayed three different times and it’s a great place for a family on a budget. The condos are clean and quiet and have always been exactly as described. It’s a very short walking distance to the beach ( few hundred feet) I do recommend bringing your own toilettes as a very small amount is provided. It would be nice to get more than one days worth on trash bags and soap but not really something to complain about as long as you know and...

« Great house, pool just feet away from door, secure location, we had the best times. Had problems with AC but management team was all over it and took care of problem. Thank you. Awesome little folder in house with local things to do, places to eat, captains to charter boats from and other suggestions. (Best suggestion was The REEF. Excellent little dive/diner) I'm sure there is more great places but we only had couple days. Hope to visit again soon »
