« We had gotten there and I noticed I was getting bitten and I found multiple fleas in the apartment and I’ve left with many flea bites on my back, legs, and feet. They say they’ve never had any flea problems prior, I am just wondering why it happened now and what they are going to do about it. »

« This place has no A/C and nowhere on the description does it list this. I came to Hawai'i to be comfortable, not stiffled nightly by humidity. The owner refused a partial refund for a 2 week stay after I expressed not wanting to stay here. I didn't expect a full refund, but at least half would have been nice. « The apartment is really nice, clean and functional. Kitchen was enough equiped. Pool was ok. A small inconvenience is to park, as the back parking lot that is closer to the apartment require permit, and the only spot available are far away on the front parking lot.. The main problem is regarding the neighborhood and the feeling of safety. Lot of homeless in the area. The parking is full of trash and wild cats everywhere. »

« Just like camping. Carpet had not been vacuumed. There was one light and one outlet that could only be used for charging devices. No hair dryer or curling iron use. Two towels, no hand towels or wash cloths. Bathroom sink was only plumbed for cold water. Shower liner was peeling and there was no bathroom light. Common area was not clean. »
