« Great location to the football/basketball facilities. Very clean, stayed there for 2 nights. One issue arose and the host resolved it quickly. Would definitely stay here again. »

« We LOVED our stay! Our family is from Iowa Falls and we came back for the Riverbend Rally Fourth of July celebration. This place was perfect for us! We had three adults and it had everything we needed for our trip. Love that it’s in a quiet town away from all the action but also a very short drive away. We had a very small issue that our host took care of immediately. I mean immediately! She came within minutes on a holiday evening! We were so taken care of while we stayed and it was stocked...

« Clean and quiet. Short drive to the campus and near Hy-Vee for groceries. Beds are firm but comfortable. »

« We had a good stay. It unfortunately turned chilly and the bottom level doesn’t have control to the heat. I reached out to our rep and she got in touch with the other renter and they turned the heat up. Our contact also let us know there was a portable heater and that helped too. The place was a little musty, but that could be from the rainy weather and being in the woods. Maybe adding some air fresheners would help with that. Our contact person was fantastic and I appreciated her response...
