« Overall it was great for the price. My complaints are the pool had lots of bugs, we didn't have any trash bags, a lot was fairly outdated and the beds were pretty uncomfortable. But it was close enough to the beach that we could walk with all four kids easily. Seemed like a safe area, pretty close to everything we wanted to do. There was always a spot to park, which was a worry I had. The kitchen had almost everything we needed (we needed a pizza cutter, but it worked out). Laundry was close by,...

« This review serves as a reminder to myself to never book a room through Summit again. First of all, I booked through Expedia and indicated that I had 4 adults and 2 kids. Nowhere in the reservation does it say only 5 people allowed per unit. Unit has a king size bed, bunk beds and a full pullout couch. Upon arrival, I was informed that only 5 wristbands are allowed per unit and to pay $100 extra for a wristband. I tried to argue but they would not budge. So beware if you have more than 5 people...

« The condo itself was clean, well maintained, and had all we needed for our stay, except for some cooking tools in the kitchen. Once out the door, however, the residential complex itself needs serious maintenance. It looks rundown from the outside and seems to have suffered quite a bit from the hurricanes. We still enjoyed the amazing location, right across the street from the beach. Because of the colder weather, we couldn't, unfortunately, use the pool this time of year. »

« The condo public areas had been nicely renovated, new windows and sliders were great except for the death trap threshold sticking up 4 inches to trip you going in and out. We Managed to avoid injury by covering this with a hand towel to draw attention to it. No one warned us about the renovation next door. The noise was horrendous! Also, no one warned us that the second bedroom and bathroom was so tiny! You could not sit on commode with out bumping elbows and hips. Weather was awesome!...

« The unit was amazing. The property was pretty cool, but it is not ADA compliant. That was a struggle for us while we were there access to the ocean was stairs that made it very difficult for my husband to make it to the beach. »
