« The property was a relaxing getaway after long days at the baseball fields. Our kids played in a baseball tournament in Kokomo. We wanted somewhere to stay that was bigger than a hotel room with all the amenities and comforts of home. It was quiet and beautifully decorated. Kitchen was stocked with anything we needed to fix a quick meal. The owners were great at communicating. You can tell they take great joy in their cottage. We really enjoyed our stay. »

« My family really enjoyed our stay at this property. The home is LARGE so there was plenty of room to spread out. The location is perfect if you are visiting Ball State and not too far away from the restaurants and stores. We came for graduation weekend and were happy to come back to a comfortable place after a long day of celebrating.
