« I always love staying downtown Knoxville. The apartment is located right in Market Square, so an easy walk to everything. If the outside downtown noise bothers you, there are disposable earplugs provided. All the necessities are provided and everything was clean and neat. »

« When we arrived the property had not been properly cleaned. Contacted Missy and she was quick to reply and made other arrangements for us. The apartment upstairs was available and she transferred our rental to the upstairs apartment. The house is an older home with beautiful woodwork, creaky wood floors, and beautiful windows.We found the rental comfortable and sleep well in the bed. »

« Place was very clean, quaint, and comfortable. It is a very convenient location - and close to the train station. Walking distance to all fun things downtown Knoxville. Lisa - the host - was super responsive and helpful with any questions that we may have had. It was a the ideal spot while we were in town for a baseball tournament. »

« Quick weekend trip with a couple buddies to visit my son and catch a game. Perfect spot. Everything you need within walking distance. The place is very nice and I would definitely stay here again. »

« We overall loved our stay in this home. It was very close to everything that we needed and we did not have to go far to do any activities. Our only concern were the number of stairs. Although it had an elevator indoors, it would have been nice to not have to deal with any stairs or a very slow elevator. »

« This listing was exactly as described. The place was super clean and organized. The decor, furniture, kitchenware- it was all made for comfort and making you feel at home. The host was very communicative and made the visit relaxing and easy. We will stay here again when we visit! »

« We had a great stay at this perfectly renovated and decorated unit, which was nicely located on the UTK campus. Clear communication from the owners and seamless parking and entry to the building and unit were a plus. Despite the building itself being a bit long in the tooth, it was generally well maintained, and the unit made up for any shortcomings before enterting the condo.
