« I’ve been there a few times. Great location Great Service I had to change room The rooms need to be repaired, dry walls, toilet leaking all the time (both rooms) all night…. Torn and broken curtains Gym equipment need maintenance as they are squeaking and air circulation in that room is inefficient Rooms have to be refreshed Price wise it is not worth it 1 star hotel »

« it was a great experience and very surprising for the price, The room was very clean and updated. The staff was very nice and I had several appointments at MD Anderson and requested a later check out and they were very accomodating. I will definitely stay there the next time I will be at MD »

« The staff was great at check in. Had a very large, clean room. Had a small issue with a light flickering in our bathroom and maintenance was quick to arrive and fix the issue. The only complaint I have is that the pool was quite chilly and the hot tub was out of service which is one of the reassons I had chosen this location was for the hot tub. »
