This was one of the worst hotel experiences Iâve ever had. First, they ran out of towels. When I asked for fresh ones, they told me I had to bring the dirty ones down myselfâthey wouldnât bring anything to the room. Then, while lying on the bed, I noticed a bunch of black specks crawling on the white comforter⊠it was ants.
As if that wasnât bad enough, I later pulled the covers apart and found old, dried blood on the comforter. I had been sleeping on top of it (I usually donât sleep under hotel comforters), which is why I didnât notice it right away. Completely disgusting.
I reported everything to the front desk the next morning and asked for the room to be cleaned. When we came back later that day, the room had been tidied upâbut they left the same bloody comforter on the bed.
Between the bugs, the blood, and the lack of basic service, this hotel is absolutely unacceptable. I will never stay at a Comfort Suites again.
