« When I checked in and went into my room, the sofa looked soiled and was broken and wouldn’t go back in. I called the front desk and staff was aware but didn’t tell me. So I asked for another room but was told I couldn’t even though I saw other guests checking in. I asked politely if I could get a refund and was told yes by the same staff but only to find out the hotel and Expedia wouldn’t honor my refund. I asked to just keep the room if I couldn’t get my money back but my reservation was...

« The photo posted before we booked was a complete different room, the bathroom had 1 roll of toilet paper for 4 days…the water pressure barley was working and smelled like rotten sewer, was a bunch of napkins in a ball that looked wet in the window, the dresser had random belongings and clothing in them, no towels no tv like listed and the washer and dryer that was listen was apparently “in maintenance” »
