« Great stay, clean room, friendly staff and lovely ambiance. »

) on recommande . »

Parking cher. Personnel de la réception très agréable. »

« This has been our go to hotel when staying in Houston. They are going thru a remodeling and wasn't advised, stay away until they are finished. Housekeeping was hit and miss, missed all towels one day. Great coffee in the morning! »

« Very helpful and caring staff. The hotel offered a small discount per day in Daily Grill restaurant and also two complementary tickets to museum of illusions in the galleria. There are nice restaurants nearby. Overall I had a good experience and will book this hotel again if I travel to Houston. »

Moquette sale »

« No technology in the room. Went to plug in my charger at the wall. Got dust on the knees of my black pants. Carpet was dirty. Bedside lamps cannot be reached from bed, so you have to get up to turn off after reading in bed. Tried to see if I could stream a movie on TV. No Streaming Services to be had. Gym was okay. Valet parks your car outside in the heat. Breakfast is expensive. »

« It was a great location, easy to check in and no issues with the stay. However, one of the bathtub was not draining properly & filling while showering. »

« A lovely place to stay in a very safe and convenient location for accessing all Houston has to offer! »
