« Me & my family stayed here to visit the water park and we had the most horrible experience. We arrived late for check in & was tired so we decided to pickup food & snacks for the kids from the hotel lobby. We placed the items in the refrigerator & woke up the next morning to find food it spoiled and ice cream all melted because the refrigerator wasn’t working. « The room was Ok, in the restroom there were holes in the wall between the shower and the door, the toilet paper holder was broken, there were little roaches crawling around in the restroom, there was no water pressure in the shower. The door trim in the restroom was dirty, there were paint stains on the wall in the restroom behind the door. »
