« David and his wife were friendly and helpful. There was some fruit, granola bars, tea, coffee, ice, and cold water.In addition, there are plenty of towels, pillows, and kitchenware. I also appreciated that there wasn't a long list of cleaning chores expected when we left. I would stay here again. »

« Cozy and home like. Beautiful relaxing setting right on the river. Well equipped home. Great yard space for playing with children, eating outdoors or just relaxing by their er Management company was very helpful and quick to respond. My only constructive comment is that the second bedroom has minimal bureau space. Maybe some shelving in the large closet would be helpful. We will definitely stay there again when we return to the area. »

« Our family of five LOVED staying here. The property was lovely and the location couldn't have been better. Just a five minute walk to downtown, 7 minutes to the hot springs and 5 minutes to the Doc Holiday trailhead. Killer roof deck porch with great views of the mountains.The only note we have is that we did not know there are two flights of stairs leading into the apartment. Not a problem for us, but it could be for anyone that is mobility impaired.We will definitely try to stay here again on...

« We enjoyed our stay here! The home was comfortable and kitchen was well equipped. The house is beside a stream and we saw a fox every night, and a bear one night. The owner of the property told us his secret location to get a beautiful view of Mt. Sopris. For a couple or small family (no more than 2 kids) this place is perfect! I highly recommend it if you are staying in the area. »

« Had to re-wash every dish I went to use. The sponge for cleaning smelled of mildew. Couldn't take a very good shower due to hot water temperatures goings from hot to cold continuously. Was verry cold aswell, Couldn't find temperature gaga to adjust so we ran the space heaters for 3 days straight and was still freezing »
