« Nice little piece of property on the lake. Nice attention to details from the coffees and creamers to the personal products in the bathrooms. There is a special tenant form required for this VRBO which we didn’t see any communication about until 48 hours prior to check in which was when it was due. That would have been a nice alert to have early on since it was a physical copy that had to be printed, signed and scanned back. »

« This house was just what we were looking for. It was just my wife and I and our fur babies so it was perfect. We didn't need the other two bedrooms so we just closed the doors. House was clean and quiet and location was perfect for us. We did notice however that previous renters did not clean up their dog waste which was a shame because the owners were kind enough to allow pets and some people tend to take advantage of a good thing. We would definitely stay again. »

« Excellent home base location for any Fredericksburg area activities. Quiet and peaceful street and home. Pictures in listing are an accurate representation. House had all of the essentials, and both bathrooms were the cleanest bathrooms of any rental I've ever stayed in. Host communicated well, left plenty of instructions where they might be needed, and even left snacks with a personal note. A very good experience - thank you! »

« The host was very responsive and interacted well. The house was perfect for my event. I was able to host a family celebration for a graduation. It was the perfect amount of space for everyone to be comfortable. The only issue was the heating and cooling system but as mention earlier the host was so responsive it never became a big issue. I would definitely book with this host/ property agian. »

« We had a fabulous time at Kings Crossing. We used it as a home base while we explored all of VA (Richmond to Charlottesville to Washington DC). The kids had a great time, plenty of space for us all to relax and hang out at night. We didn’t use the fire pit but wood was available! Only hiccup was septic plumbing issue on our last day but the host had it fixed in a matter of 10 minutes! 100% would rebook at Kings Crossing. »

« Bug infested, double booked, gave code to both familes, filthy dirty, moled towels, no amenidties *but wouldnt use them if they were there). Had to go buy paper towel, toliet paper, plates plasitcware, cups even for coffee. Towels had mold. Laundry coin operated and even if you have coin open the dorr get the stench of a lifetime. Oh and infested with ants and hornets. Stay outside its better »
