« The luggage cart had all pet hair on it. The room had a bad odor like cat pee. We called FD she said she can't change a room or refund and there is no maintenance either so she came herself and gave us air freshener . Our bedside lights weren't working either, we called to fix it and remind them again next day than only they fixed it in the late afternoon on next day. Try to brush our teeth , the sink was not draining fast enough. Called FD there was no maintenance, we asked if they can fix it...

« Overall, my stay was great. The only critiques I have are that if you get to breakfast at 6:30 depending on who’s serving it it can be a little late and the food is lukewarm and they have no microwave to heat it up. They are pretty good about staying on top of refilling things. The only other downside is there isn’t a huge amount of parking so if you get to the hotel later at night, all the parking spots are usually filled. The beds are firm, but I like a firm bed. « We stayed from June 30 through July 8, and unfortunately the housekeeping service was very disappointing. Our room was only cleaned twice during our stay. I specifically requested that both beds receive fresh sheets, that the room be vacuumed because of the sand, and that towels and toiletries be replenished. Only one bed had its sheets changed, the carpet still had sand on it, and we were left with just two towels and two washcloths. We made five trips to the front desk for additional towels...
