« Overall, the house layout and location were perfect for my family and my sister‘s family. The beds were comfortable. The house was clean. I do have a few things to consider. The kitchen is minimally stocked. We do a lot of cooking family meals, and there were two pans to cook with, one of which was so scratched on the bottom I’m sure it was hazardous for our health. « We enjoyed our stay in the Smith Cottage. Proximity to the beach was ideal. Restaurants, bars, coffee shops were all in walking distance.Grayton Beach is the ideal beach town. Kelly keeps the property immaculate. We appreciated the bikes, chairs, etc. for the beach and the cottage was stocked with books and games for a rainy day. We look forward to returning to Grayton Beach. »

« This is the cutest property and was perfect for the four of us. We loved the pool and hot tub so much we didn’t even venture to the gulf water - which is close by. You’re also going to love the screened in front porch.The beds and pillows are very comfortable and the house is stocked with everything you might need for your stay. »

« Very cool spot. Kids loved the farm, they got a chance to feed the animals and learn all about them. Some of the most beautiful beaches in the country are 35 minutes away. Hosts were great. Absolutely nothing negative to say about this spot, we'll be back. »
