« We have stayed at a lot of different VRBO homes. Royce‘s house is one of the cleanest, most well stocked homes we’ve been in. My teenage sons loved the pool table and basement game room. My husband and I loved all the fun coffee and coffee making tools. Such a well kept home. We will definitely be coming back! »

« Cute well furnished cottage. Only issue was the extremely pokey weed things on the walk to the beach that left splinters in our feet and dogs paws, but there was someone trying to remove the dried bushes. »

Otherwise, only demerits are that upstairs bedrooms did not have night tables where a lamp could be placed or chairs on which you could put your suitcase. « Very close to beach and nice walks. Sitting on the front porch, looking out at the ocean, smelling the salt air, and watching the sunset was very relaxing. This cottage is close to a lot of other beaches, towns, and things to do. A little painting would greatly improve the feel of the cottage. Having a grill on the front porch was great but it needs repairs or replacing. Kitchen cabinet door did not close which was annoying when preparing vegetables or washing dishes.
