It has AC but is also comfortable with just windows open. Ellen was super communicative and addressed one very minor concern that popped up quickly even though I told her it wasn’t an issue for us during our stay but may be an issue for the next guests. (I wouldn’t have even brought it to her attention until we checked out if she hadn’t messaged me the first night of our stay to see if we needed anything.) The home is lovely and gave us room to spread out a bit, which was nice. It’s a quiet neighborhood. »
