« We loved this rental! The host called us on our way to confirm and we had great communication during our entire stay. Keys were easy to find, paid parking pass was worth it (though there was plenty of street parking), convenient store in the basement, and very hot water which I LOVED! My family of 5 was able to comfortably sprawl out and enjoy ourself. Thank you Margarita! Your home was so lovely. »

« Two bedroom, two bathroom modern condo in the heart of Washington, DC. Loved that we each had our own private space. Full size kitchen, living room, dining area. Condo included washer and dryer which we used during our stay. The Navy Memorial metro/subway stop is literally steps from the condo, we only discovered this on our last day. Getting to/from Dulles airport was so easy by Metro. Condo has a gym, pool and hot tub. We loved the coffee machine in the lobby, used it every day. Lots of...

« The property was nice, very active building with a concierge at the front desk. They are not attached with the rental company just for the property. The apartment had almost all the cookware and working appliances for meals, nice touch was the dishwasher and if you needed a washer/dryer it was located in the apartment. « This place was exactly what our family needed for our vacation. Hugh was a great host and provided a lot of good tips on places to eat, things to do, and navigating the surrounding area. It was clean and comfortable with king beds that I wish I had at home. The water pressure in the shower was amazing, and there was plenty of AC and drinking water to keep us cool in an extreme heat wave. « This is a beautiful beautiful apartment! Gorgeously decorated, immaculately clean and we had a wonderful stay!! Very nice, safe area! Two couples shared the 2BR 2 BA- much cheaper than two hotel rooms. Check in was super easy, free parking space and a quick cheap Uber ride into DC. We will definitely be back. « This was a great place close to pentagon city mall and metro. Lots of dining choices in a very nice building complex, with very helpful concierge. It was great to have three beds and a nice space to spread out in. »

« Quiet neighborhood, just outside the main gate of JBAB. Yonus was very kind and quick to respond when we had a question. Parking on the street is free and was always avaliable. Absolutely nothing negative to say. Our experience was fabulous! »

« We had a great visit to DC. The apt was located in a tree lined neighborhood with access below ground, but it was airy & clean with a well appointed kitchen. We enjoyed the 25 minute walk to the capitol and many Smithsonian museums.When we arrived we were given misinformation about accessing the apt by the management company that caused a significant delay in getting in our visit to the DC sites. The mgt company also asked for our feedback but did not respond to some minor issues we expressed. »
