« This was a great location - very close to frequent rail connecting to tube - fairly close to two tube stations. The neighbourhood was very pretty and the closest 'high street' had a wonderful Turkish vibe - great baklava! There were also other great high streets within walking distance, each unique. Caught a concert at Union Chapel, went to London stadium for a West Ham match and to the core several times - all easy commute by transit. The apt was easy access and good communication with the...

« No Parking close by to drop off luggage. Treacherous, steep downhill path through a park to take several heavy suitcases. Incredibly poor communication from the property, who in the first instance did not respond for over a week to our request for an early check in. e repeatedly asked host for check in details,and we eventually got them on the day of check in only 15 minutes before scheduled (normal) check in time, at which time we were already at the weddding of my daughter, having travelled...

« We arrived at the property.. it was so easy to find with the sat nav app... If I had to give any negative feedback. It would be for such simple little things .. such as some slippers . Bath robes. Shower gel.and tv in the bedroom would of made it complete.. b »

« Clean .Spacious. Next to picadilly line ( about 15 minutes by walk) .Perfect place to visit London. Farid is reagent . thanks. I recommend this adress. »

« Had a lovely stay in Smugglers cottage despite the wet weather but were very comfortable to stay inside when needed . Great location to all the amenities on offer in Dartmouth. Apartment very well equipped and modern . Shower a little difficult to adjust but maybe due to water pressure ? Perhaps an electric shower might help ? Will certainly be back again 😊 »

« We had absolutely no heating. I tried several times to contact the owner by email, messenger and by phoning her. No reply. I had been in contact with her regarding check in via email and messenger, I even sent a photo of the temperature in the house. 10 degrees. I had to source 2 radiators myself, which a kind neighbour lent us. I would like a refund for our inconvenience »

« Communication from the owners was poor right up until the day of check in. I made contact a few days before we were due to stay, to understand the process of check in. After reading my messages, they totally ignored them and we had to call the night before to make sure that our booking was actually in place. "Très bon court séjour de 2 nuits le weekend. Du coup je n'ai pas eu de désagrements par les travaux en cours. Joli hôtel agréable et bien situé, dans une rue calme, un grand parc quasi en face, les transports publiques tout près. La chambre était petite, mais pour 2 jours ça va. Elle était renovée et avec la clim qui est bienvenue, car même s'il ne fait pas bien chaud à l'extérieur, il fait vite chaud dans la chambre. La fenêtre s'ouvre seulement un peu. Bon rapport qualité-prix, je le recommande"
