Epsom and Ewell : recherchez des hôtels

« Hôtel impeccable, personnel accueillant et serviable. »

« Parfait »

« Quaint and gorgeous building and rooms! Only thing I'd suggest is that the owners put lamps in rooms to augment the LED lighting (for travelers like me whose eyes don't do so well with the LED frequencies). Other than that, the hotel was lovely, as were the staff! »

« The property is in a rather quiet/ not so busy location. The family room we stayed in, was very spacious and well maintained /clean. The bathtub was a treat with an unobstructed view of the back garden through the large window. The manager was a pleasant lady to deal with, and more than willing to help when needed. She ensured that our stay was comfortable. We also used the garden to have our dinner on the first night, that we ordered through Uber eats. Many thanks. »

« The staff were great. The hotel itself was dated. This is not Premier Inn in central Epsom with air-conditioning. That is a different Premier Inn with a similar name. Don't get confused like I did. I specifically wanted the air conditioning and was unpleasantly surprised when we arrived. This hotel is not designed for a heat wave. We had to leave after two nights because the room was dangerously hot and humid. Having a bath was useful in reducing core temp. We filled it with water from the cold...
