« Wonderful stay. The hotel is magnificent, from the reception to the gym, the swimming pool and finally the rooms, nothing to say, it's perfect. A big thank you to the whole team for their welcome and kindness throughout our first stay in London. « My poor experience with this booking started 5 minutes after booking it,where i received a confirmation email for booking followed by another email to say i have to pay 50 pounds extra for linen which was not mentioned in the booking, so ive contacted Expedia and they adviced that i should not pay and they will get in touch. « This was one of my best trips so far, the place was exactly as described, it was nicer than the pictures. The beds were so comfortable. Great location, so close to the tube and lots of buses, nice restaurants and shopping. The flat had everything we needed and the host was very kind. Will definitely come again, as its really good value for money. »
