« Perfect for a weekend getaway! Just 15 miles from historic downtown Jefferson where we spent the days. Then back to the cabin on Lake of the Pines to watch the sunset on the porch of the cabin. So quiet the only noise was the birds at the water and the squirrels chattering and playing. »

« The cabin and property are beautifully maintained. There are so many thoughtful details throughout: in the cabin, on the front and back porch and deck, even chairs at the waters edge. The hosts are gracious and kind and go out of their way to ensure your visit is pleasant and comfortable. I was welcomed with delicious baked yummies and even a treat bag for my dog. It was above and beyond my expectations, I had the nicest peaceful retreat. Thank you Frank and Linda! »

It has something for everyone to enjoy and the owner keeps adding more fun things to do. This is the best owner of all the houses I have rented over the years. « This is a jewel of a place to relax and enjoy the country life. We knew we were going to love it from the minute we pulled in the long driveway. Each morning we had breakfast on the side patio and watched the ducks on the pond. The facilities provide everything you could need for your stay. The master bedroom is comfortable, cool, and best of all dark. It was so nice to just sit back and listen to birds while reading and sitting under the pergola. Plenty of places to walk. « We came down to fish the lakes in the area and booked a cabin here because of its proximity to the lakes. Check-in was easy and very accommodating, and the place was incredible.The fishing at the local lakes was a bust, but the hosts and stay at Greer farm made the trip. Highly recommended! »

« It was gorgeous and very calming endless outdoor adventure. My only setback was this was the first experience with solar power and it would have been helpful to have a welcome book with instructions on how to unplug the outside lights when not in use as well as a guideline on the power and how to prevent overuse and what to do when if it runs out. Outside of this I highly recommend this oasis to disconnect from technology a bit and really enjoy time with your family and embrace the gorgeous...

« This place was awesome. Very provate hidden gem. Caught loys of bass and rode alot of hidden trails that seem to go on forever. The pavilion is amazing. « Very nice well kept tiny house. We felt very comfortable and slept great. It had a great little deck overlooking a pond. Only a couple of minor issues - the house is pretty close to the highway so there was some road noise but a fan in the bedroom provided enough white noise to cover it. Also, be aware the cell service was limited. We have ATT and were not able to use cellular. The house does however provide wifi with internet so one can utilize that for texting and wifi calling.
