« First I have to start by saying our hosts were AMAZING. Cory and Bruce are the best hosts we have ever had. They made us feel like family. The property was spotless, and very well organized. They went above and beyond with everything in the house. They even had a pantry with items to purchase that you might have forgotten. « We enjoyed our stay. The beds were very comfortable. My son slept in the office. He liked the privacy but he said the middle of the bed sunk a few inches away from the wall so he didn’t sleep well. We didn’t know if it was a folding bed that might not have locked the whole way or not. Other than that, he liked it a lot. Didn’t take long to get to the caverns. Very enjoyable trip! »

« My family stayed at this wonderful house while visiting Carlsbad Caverns and Sitting Bull Falls. We loved how organized and labeled everything was in the kitchen. The kids really enjoyed the game room, especially the pool table. They were also thrilled to be responsible for feeding the Koi fish during our stay.The location was an easy drive to each of our adventures, and the house was also very quiet at night. We would definitely recommend this house! »
