« The property was clean and convenient for Beamish where I was working but there was a lot of empty beer cans and rubbish in the back yard, there was only 5 bath towels so no extra to change these if needed and only one hand towel and floor towel in tbe bathroom, I asked for more along with a couple more cups as there was only 3 but the cleaners didn’t turn up to address this, maybe a quick visit by the owners to assess what else is needed for five people might help but over all a pleasant stay...

« Nous n'avons fait qu'une étape sur la route du retour. Cette demi-maison de briques est décorée avec beaucoup de goût. Les chambres sont très confortables, le salon est charmant. Deux petits bémols : la cuisine (très bien équipée par ailleurs) et la vaisselle étaient sales, et il n'y pas d'espace pour prendre un repas en famille (pour un couple, pas de problème). »

« House was clean and tidy and close to several general stores (including Tesco Express). Area was generally quier. Wi-Fi not brilliant 1-8 Mb and data signal on phone no better. »

« We found the property easily although tricky to park due to steep hill but we could easily park a little way down.Property was as described and very clean. Furniture and fitments were fine. Beds were ok. Plenty of room to spread out. Kitchen had plentiful equipment, missed having a teapot though. Very handy for Gills takeaway food, fish and chips was huge. Would stay here again. »
