« L'accueil dans cet hôtel qui fait aussi pub et restaurant est très chaleureux. Les chambres sont assez spacieuse et la literie confortable, même si cela semble un peu vieillot...(c'est peu être à la mode en Angleterre..?) Toutefois, pour ce tarif on y est bien mieux que dans une chaine d'hôtel style F1... Bref pour un séjour sans se ruiner sur Durham et sa région, je recommande vivement cet hôtel ! »

« It was a last minute plan to visit the Barnard Castle area for the weekend and we were pleased to find the Bothy available. The location is ideal being just outside Barnard Castle and it was easy to find using the directions provided by the host. It is a lovely rural location with views of farmland so it was nice and quiet.
