Poor communication, not worthy at all
Pros - only pro is the access to dubai mall and view of Bhurj kalifa. Cons - everything else.The property is not clean.It was Ok, there was hair and spider webs here and there and some rusty corners.shower doors dont shut all the way.Dont count on the washer/dryer.The biggest con is the communication, the property is listed by someone who doesnt really care, and the one onsite has zero communication skills.This property though one might feel the best view at 43rd floor , please dont fall for it.The property has a biggest flaw.The fire alarm (false alarms) goes off randomly and we understood the same from other visitors too and guess what you have to literally climb down 43 floors (there are more actually as you climb down there are floors without numbers which probably are maintenance floors but it ends up more than 50 floors to climb).Our legs literally shook and the worst part is the front desk is rude and they literally are illiterates of the process, they are only there to instantly blame security and other departments.So bottom line some one just smokes or leaves the burner on and you as a visitor will have no clue and they all have started to believe every alarm is false.So , if its true its most local resident ignore or its going to be boy called wolf story.We understood it happens very frequently and upon interacting with the security company they informed the worst that about 10% of the apartments have failed alarm systems that didnt or couldnt replace for 6+ mon.

My friends and I were thoroughly impressed! Not only was the room perfect with amazing views, but the staff really did provide FIRST CLASS service! They answered any and all questions, gave recommendations, and check in to make sure we were pleased throughout the trip! We will definitely back and we will be sending more friends and family to visit this place soon!
