« It was a very nice little house. Everything we needed was there and the owner called us to let us know if we wanted to check in early, no problem. Everyone in the community were friendly and went out of their way to help you. There were lots of room to park your boat and trailer and wash it down. If you wanted to leave it in the water there was plenty of space at the dock. None of us had one complaint and will be back in the near future. »

« The key lime cottage is adorable. Fit us perfect for our family vacation for scalloping. There is one parking spot reserved, limited other parking although we didn’t have any issues with our two cars. You are able to walk to the pool from the cottage. Only complaints would be the mattresses are a bit uncomfortable and wished they were bigger but we would still stay again! »

« This precious cottage was exactly what we were looking for! I don’t need lavish, I need cozy and comfortable! This was not only that! It was in inviting and refreshing! My son and I enjoy nature and this place did not disappoint! It was close enough to convenience. Yet tucked away enough to enjoy the peace and quiet of nature. « Our stay was just what we hoped it would be. We enjoyed just relaxing as we watched the deer and turkeys come eat the corn we put out for them. We kayaked the Santa Fe river from behind the home to the mouth of the ichetucknee river and swam in the crystal clear spring waters. The cottage is located where you can easily access either the Santa Fe, Ichetucknee, or Suwannee rivers. We will definitely be returning. »

« Easy walking to anywhere you’d want to go - most places downtown are 3-4 blocks (Tiki Hut us as far as we ventured and about 1 1/4 mi each way)Cottage is perfectly appointed and neat as a pin. We didn’t want for anything. Grocery market is still closed so bring food if you intend to cook. Kitchen is well equipped. We’ll be back! »
