« Swan Studios is perfect when visiting family and friends. Its self contained so can come and go without worry. Rooms are clean with a fridge and microwave if needed. We have stayed here now on several occasions and the standard has been the same. Looking forward to our next stay »

« The whole process of being able to stay there was awful. I had emails asking me to verify my identity but no correct link sent. I was threatened with a cancellation without refund desite the fact they had not given me the opportunity to do what they asked. Having finally been sent a link I verified and arrived to be told this was very common. At the property Fire Doors were constantly janmed open. »

« In the description it stated self parking included, washer and dryer. There was no parking. We had to park in a structure 10 + minutes away at an additional $10 cost. There was only a washing machine, and the machine was not hooked up to the water. After contacting the owner, they did not know why it was not hooked up, and when asked about the dryer, stated there was no dryer, places do not have dryers. My husband had to look at the washing machine and noticed it was not hooked up to...

Chris was an absolutely amazing host with attention to detail and was always available to offer assistance and answer our questions. His restaurant recommendations were spot on. « Are you a student? Do you have no standards for where you stay? Then Bryson Court may be the place for you! The room was tired, there were marks on the walls, the bed was uncomfortable and dirty. The bathroom was okay, but no soaps etc in the room. One towel only. The shower drain was dirty and smelt awful. Kitchen was shared with undegrad students who were staying full time. »
