« My experience at Students Only Hollis Croft was very disappointing. Despite booking well in advance, I had to follow up several times before my reservation was confirmed. On arrival, the room had multiple issues: the mattress was not just uncomfortable — it was painful to sleep on. « Great location , friendly discreet staff . Good size rooms of a good standard and I overslept and they extended my check out by 1 hour free id charge. Amazing.! I booked it thru Hotels.com app. It's my new go to app for travel related bookings after the poor treatment I got from Booking.con who refused me a refund on a booking that I couldn't use because the owner has changed the code on the key box and not updated this information on booking.con. « Fantastic property in a great location. Really well appointed and a tremendous amount of thought has gone into layout & decoration. Two NCP car parks within a 2 minute walk. Charged at 15 per 24 hours. The lovely town of Bakewell is 35 minutes drive. Five stars ! »
