« Really poor communication - had to chase for confirmation which was still not received until the day of check in. Building is dirty and the vent from the bathroom ducts from the waste disposal area so the entire room had a terrible smell. »

« Location was good, cleanliness of the place overall was poor, I had to clean the toilet before using it, the bathroom wasn’t cleaned, the bath towel was still damp so we couldn’t have a shower when we arrived. When we stripped the bed there was a child’s pyjama top in the pillowcase, no mattress protector, the studio needs finishing off, lack of attention to detail, balcony was an added bonus »
