« The location and park is beautiful with very nice views of the dales. The accommodation is well equipped, clean and modern. The hot tub was great for relaxing in after a long walk. Owner are very nice and helpful, I would recommend this property and hope to stay again. »

« This was a fantastic cottage with all the mod cons and incredibly clean, lovely beds and towels and biscuits and milk left for us also.We did think there would be a back garden with grass as we had taken our little dog with us but there was'nt. My husband did find a very large field with right of way about 2 mins walk away so little dog loved it so not so much of a problem. »

« A spacious, welcoming, tasteful and convenient place to stay in a hamlet in Bishopdale in the heart of the Yorkshire Dales. Shower room and toilet downstairs with lovely under-floor heating; bedroom (with wash-stand), kitchen and sitting room upstairs with the outside entrance up a flight of stone steps. « The Old Brewery is im the beautiful medieval market town of Richmond. There are numerous walks in the area, several delightful pubs amd restaurants, and it is a great base for exploring North Yorkshire. The property itself, though, needs some work. The kitchen and dining room are beautiful. The living rooms are extremely comfortable (with the exception of one chair). The bedrooms and bathrooms each have their quirks and drawbacks. « The house is in a good location in the heart of Hawes. The house has three good reception rooms and 7 bedrooms, 5 of which are ensuite which are ideal for large groups as we were 13. 3 of the lower ground floor bedrooms were only accessible from the outside down steep steps, which is a drawback in poor weather and external lighting that worked would be helpful. We had a few issues that we reported and the property contractors could only resolve one issue immediately which was disappointing as...

« We spent 10 days in The Cottage and used the time to discover beautiful Swaledale and its surroundings mainly by walking. It was very nice to come home in the evenings to a cosy and very well equipped cottage. We would love to come again! »

« Lovely cottage in a beautiful location. Stunning views from the rear of the property. Very clean and had every thing we needed for our stay. Pub just a few minutes walk away with good food. Otherwise quite remote but there are shops a short drive away. Perfect location for a countryside retreat. »

« Our stay was ok, however the central heating switched off every 15 minutes and tripped the consumer unit, i had to reset it many times to keep warm in such a lovely cottage, this spoilt it for us unfortunately. If the heating had stayed on we would rate this cottage very highly. We contacted the customer service office many times over the week but the problem was not resolved and nobody seemed to understand the issue, they just came in and reset the central heating switch in the consumer unit...
